1. Overview
TheHuntZone.com is a social networking service that allows Members to create unique personal profile and web pages dedicated to hunting and outdoor recreational activities online. TheHuntZone.com provides hunters and non-hunters the opportunities to share hunting experiences by providing a service that allows Members to share photos, post journals and comments describing their outdoor and hunting activities. The intent of TheHuntZone.com is to become the online campfire where stories are exchanged and friendships develop. Because personal information and images may be shared with others, the following agreement governs the use of TheHuntZone.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Read this Legal Agreement ("Agreement) carefully before You ("You") accept these terms by using the TheHuntZone.com web site ("Web site") in any manner. By using the Web site, You agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Web site) or You are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with the Web site). You are only authorized to use the Web site and services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the Agreement. If You do not agree to all of these terms, You can not use this Web site.

3. Your Obligations
In consideration of Your use of the Web site, You agree to be solely responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete information about You whenever prompted to provide such information.

Please choose carefully the information you post on the Web site and that you are provide to other Members or Visitors. Your Web site profile and/or webpage may not include the following items: telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Certain images of dead animals depicting successful hunting or fishing outings may be posted so long as they do not fall within any of the listed objectionable subject matter.

The Web site assumes no responsibility or liability for images or information posted by either Visitors or Members. The Website reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by You, Visitors, or other Members. Additionally, the Web site retains the right to restrict, suspend or terminate Your access to all or any part of the Web site at anytime, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

4. Linking
The Web site makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which You may access through this Web site. Any other web site is independent from the Web site and the Web site has no control over the content of that web site. A link to a non TheHuntZone.com web site does not mean that the Web site endorses or accepts any responsibility whatsoever for the content and/or use of such web site. TheHuntZone.com has no duty whatsoever to monitor other web sites or Your use of such sites. IN NO EVENT WILL THEHUNTZONE.COM BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY OTHER HYPER LINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Under certain conditions, TheHuntZone.com permits You to link to the Web site. You may link to the Web site, provided that TheHuntZone.com is notified of your use of such link and provided that You agree to remove any such link to the Web site upon TheHuntZone.com's request within 24 hours of such request.

5. Proprietary Rights in Content on TheHuntZone.com
The Web site does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that You post to the Web site. After posting Your Content to the Web site, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("Posting") any Content on or through the Web site, you hereby grant to the Web site a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Web site. This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the Web site.

The Web site has the right to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to the Web site by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent.

The Web site provides this privacy statement to inform you of TheHuntZone.com's privacy practices. This privacy statement is designed to inform you of (1) what information concerning you is collected from you through the Web site; (2) who is collecting the information; (3) how the information is used; and (4) with whom the information may be shared.

There are two basic types of information that can be collected: personally-identifiable information, and information that is not personally identifiable information. The Website may also require a Member to provide additional personally identifiable information, such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is needed by the Web site only for billing purposes in order to process Your orders, subscriptions, or other expense incurring activity. This information may also be used to contact You for further information needed to complete any order or transaction You may place with the Web site.

The Web site may collect and use IP addresses, time of visits, and the referring web page. This information is not personally-identifiable information. This information may be used to analyze trends, track a user's movement within the Web site, and to gather aggregate information such as the number of visitors, the visitors to each page, the number of visitors referred from a particular web page. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Web site regarding the use of the Web site. This Agreement and its terms may change at any time and without any prior notice. Use of the Web site after any such change is construed as You accepting the changed Agreement. The failure of the Web site to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such rights or provision. The sectional titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of the Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.'
